Vilano Oaks Homeowners Association

An active Homeowners Association is in place to promote community unity, review and revise community architectural and land use standards per input from the community at large. For the maintenance of the common areas, street lights and insurance, residents currently pay a $230.00 annual homeowners fee. Neighborhood business is managed by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Directors are members of the community and serve on a volunteer basis. The Board consists of members directly elected by the residents to three year terms.
