Since its establishment in 2002, Vilano Oaks has preserved its integrity as a quality neighborhood through the efforts of an active Homeowners Association and conscientious neighbors. As a result, residents enjoy strong property values and a safe environment for families.

Vilano Oaks Homeowners Association

An active Homeowners Association is in place to promote community unity, review and revise community architectural and land use standards per input from the community at large. For the maintenance of the common areas, street lights and insurance, residents currently pay a $230.00 annual homeowners fee. Neighborhood business is managed by the Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Directors are members of the community and serve on a volunteer basis.
